Codependency: The Way We Unconsciously Do Life

Hi! I'm Zumi Potts.

My business, Heart Place Repatterning Company, offers life coaching services using the Resonance Repatterning system.

The two most important qualities I need to be able to access, so I'm truly helpful when coaching, are

• insight into what the issues really are

and

• knowing how to apply that insight in a practical way.

I have both these qualities available to me because of the unique tool inherent within the Resonance Repatterning system: muscle checking.

Muscle-checking, or energy kinesiology, is an organic biofeedback tool that accurately checks what a person is resonating with, at any level of the mind, physical or psychological that is currently blocking its best performance and potential.

To become consciously aware of unmet needs and false assuptions, based on past experiences, that no longer support a healthy mind and body, would be impossible without help to get into the body/mind system in some way.

By using muscle-checking, I am like a diagnostician checking to see what are the true causes of problems, and at what level, so the body/mind be illuminated and transformed. (The reptilian part of our brain is like a software program designed to protect. It's hard to get passed it by just asking it questions. That is really hard work!)

What this means then is that muscle-checking points to the source of life's problems for each person quickly and without fear. Consequently that makes change easy and effortless. Once it is known what the issues are (insight), then it is possible to take action in healthy whole ways that benefit everybody (practical application).

Life Coaching sessions done in this method are then gentle, kind and effortless, which is why they are easily done on the phone.
